Product is sourced only from growers with acceptable food safety systems in place and is tracable from receipt through to dispatch and delivery.
Our quality system includes identification and control of food safety risks using HACCP, staff training in food hygiene and product management, safe operating procedures, good manufacturing practises, equipment calibration and cleaning programs. The management shall provide resources to ensure that Food Safety Plans and Quality Plans are developed and maintained.
Our systems are regularly audited with preventative are corrective action taken as required.
